Groceries are a drag. They're a necessity, but we're all tired of shopping for them. Today, Grace and I did another of our shopping hunts, like when we hunted for triangles. Today, we went looking for faces in all the odd places. Grace took about half the pictures, I took the rest. I'm showing them in the order we found them. It's actually fun now that they're all collected. What do you notice about them? Is there anything they have in common? I'll add a few thoughts below.

Well... what did you notice? They all have one thing in common: they're all smiling. (With the possible exception of a couple of the old guys, but old guys are allowed to be grumpy. They've earned it.) Also there is a lot of red, yellow and blue on packaging. Another thing I wondered: where are the boys? We didn't see one package with a boy on it. Lots of cute little girls, but no boys. What's up with that? Boys eat, last I checked. They eat a lot!
