Step Two

Now it gets trickier. Hold one ball in each hand. Just like in step one, throw the first ball up, but right when it reaches its peak, you throw the second ball.

You'll see now why its important to have the balls come down in about the same place. It can get very hard to be reaching all over to catch them.

Cascade Step #1

And you'll notice with the bear that each throw goes up on an angle then down. You can imagine that the two balls make a big figure eight. That's important, because if you throw the ball straight up when the other is coming down, they'll smack into each other! Practice this step until you it becomes easy for you.
